I have no idea why their rating is so low. I had to get my blood drawn twice, and both women I had were kind & quick- and I have small veins that aren't always easy to find. On top of that, one of my lab orders couldn't be found in the system. Instead of just telling me to go back to my doctor, the nurse created an account for my provider so I was able to get my labwork done. Everything was great.
Idk why this location has such low stars. I did a walk-in as soon as they opened, I was probably 6th in line, I checked in on the kiosk, I sat and waited maybe 10min, I got all my bloodwork done and went on my way by 8:30. Staff was friendly and quick.. yall better leave some reviews to increase their rating!
I have to thank Lisa at Labcorp Solomons for her over the top assistance in getting my bloodwork done. There was a mixup with my order, and I would have had to leave and start all over again another day if it hadn't been for Lisa stepping in and making things happen. It wasn't my first time at this lab and she's always been a top notch phlebotomist as well. Thanks for going over and above, Lisa!
Never able to find standing orders. Staffing seems to be aproblem at this location.
I would not suggest this lab for blood work. This is the second time they've made me into a pin cushion. The forest visit was three tries to find a vein. This time was four. They finally had to take it from my hands. Both hands! I am a very average individual so no unusual circumstances that should make it that difficult. Gave two stars because the employees are genuinely kind and respectful to the customers.
