Incompetent staff inadvertently billed my insurance using the wrong ordering provider so rather than having labs covered by my insurance, the insurance refused to pay and the lab insists I owe them $1042 and refuses to resubmit the bill despite their error.
Great experience, everyone was very welcoming
They have express checkin kiosk that every patient needs to use to be checked in initially. I think it'd be helpful if they had a sign that says "all guest must check in at the kiosk first" or something similar. Because I had a lab order I thought the desk worker needed to check me in so I waited there awkwardly. Apart from that, the staff were kind and quick and the area looked clean and tidy. Was in and out in about 15minutes
On April 6th at 10:35 a.m., I asked the front desk to check me in with my paperwork, but I was refused. I was informed—at an inflated volume, loud enough for approximately 20 other people to hear—that I needed to use the kiosk. I did not raise my voice.
