Multiple accounts of unprofessional service, unprofessional/unwarranted communication with patients, poor collaboration and communication with local providers. They often over-bill and spread misinformation. I've expressed these concerns to management multiple times and nothing has been resolved.
I personally had a perfectly fine experience getting bloodwork done here without an appointment. I arrived around 9am on a Friday, and was pretty much immediately taken back for my bloodwork after checking in at the little kiosk. The technician who took my blood was very friendly and personable. One thing to note, there isn’t really a waiting area and no chairs for waiting if it was busy, but the check-in screen said to wait where you were comfortable (like in your car, or nearby Starbucks) and they will text you when they’r... read more
I've had good service
I needed to get my labs done stat because of an infection, when i showed up to my local Labcorp in Tehachapi at 3:10 today 10/06, the office was closed yet the hours on the door read close at 3:30. Needles to say very disappointed
