We thought surely it wouldn’t be the same person working both positions. After waiting awhile she put on a white coat and came to draw my sister’s blood. Woman can't figure out how appointments work, don't waste your time here! Tell me why I'm first and was here at 8am but it's 815 and I'm second in line! This place that hires people who can't figure out what they need. Thank GOD you people have the system that tells you what vials to use! We'd all be screwed if you didn't.
The waiting time was fast but god the lady that draws the blood was the worst, when we walk in doesn’t say hi just asks if we have the paperwork seemed like she was hoping we didn’t so she could turn us away she tells us to room 1 and just stares at us while we’re still in the waiting room doesn’t say you can just open the door when I click it open the door knob has like a code lock so I was confused and after she draws the blood doesn’t say anything she doesn’t have to be super friendly I’m a quiet person so I understand bu... read more
