never again. my experience in house was fine; however, over 1 week later and I havent gotten results. Upon calling... I was diverted to an overeseas customer service center that couldnt give me ANY info about my labs or much info at all. (including the fax number it was supposedly sent to.) hello 2026. I wont be using labcorp again.
Incredibly frustrating experience. I scheduled an appointment in advance to avoid delays, but the facility was running 45 minutes behind schedule. My time was completely disrespected. Because the wait was so long, I ultimately had to leave before even being seen. Having a confirmed appointment here means absolutely nothing. I remember having the same frustrating experience years ago when I was pregnant and had to schedule appointments here. It's why I started going to the AG location which is now temporarily closed.
