I was a walk-in at 3:10p and the rude lady with the lips told me that when I do lab work, I need to come in 30 minutes before they close because now she has to stay an hour over. Not everyone has the privilege of taking time off of work to get labs, lady. Maybe change your office hours if you don’t want people coming in when you are still open or maybe put a notice that says last walk-in at a certain time. Terrible person.

Absolutely loved Katie. She made everything a breeze. She is awesome at blood draw and it’s very knowledgeable about the whole experience.

This building is a bit dated and dark but what it lacks in charm was made up for by the awesome person working here (I think her name is Katie?). I was greeted warmly and the blood draw was done quickly and with little pain. I had an issue where my Dr hadn’t sent the lab orders to the right place and Katie helped me work through that to get it fixed. Came in early to get my blood dawn, did the easy self check in, was seen 5 minutes later, and out in another 5 minutes. Definitely will come here again vs waiting an hour or more at a doctor's office.
