This place gives a whole new meaning to the word “uncaring.” The girl at the front desk is rude and they don’t answer their phone. She told me that they don’t answer the phone because they are waiting on patients at the windows and if they did answer that would be rude. Not answering your phone is rude. I will never go back to this location. They are no help whatsoever. They couldn’t care less how much pain you are in and how long you have waited. Had a great experience with LabCorp, Although there was a lot of people there, I was still seen at my appointment time, the Lady taking the blood draw was very quick, Overall great experience. Ask questions of two different people while I was there and both times was responded to politely and professionally
