The receptionist was very nice. She helped me figure out a payment plan and my lab script. The woman who drew my blood hurt me. I’ve had my blood drawn before and have never seen this. Hopefully she can get additional training
Arriving 6:30 AM there was a line out the door and standing room only! Not enough chairs!! Checked in at a machine only... cold and unfriendly. Most of us waited about ONE HOUR for our turn !! Unacceptable when it takes 3 minutes to take blood per person. Not enough staff?? I left at 7:50!!!

In and out in no time. Great staff.
The best labcorp I have been to. Feel like I am letting a well kept secret out. Any other labcorp could care less about the patients. If the waiting room is busy I can sit for hours and they are quite snarky when it's your turn. But the staff in Jackson hustle to move it along despite having such a small staff. And they are very pleasant to interact with. I really appreciate how they care about my time and how considerate they are to patients.
