I arrived at the clinic to complete a drug screen on 9/17/26 a little before 9am. I check in (can’t remember approximate time) but it was definitely by 9am. The clinic wasn’t busy. The young lady that is supposed to be upfront at the desk verifying paperwork is not upfront. She finally arrives 20 minutes later to her desk. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before realizing there was a kiosk I was supposed to use for check-in. The kiosk is located in a corner away from the main counter, and although there was a taped, printed sign directing people to it, it was surrounded by several other papers and a lot of décor, so it was very easy to miss. Reservations difficult Wait time very long
-50 in overall experience.
Horrible wait times for a supposed "walk in". A lot of the staff is rude and clearly doesnt want to be working.
