I went into this office to get blood work done, and the woman at the front desk was so rude that I ended up walking out. Her name is Estella. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe this is just the way she is but very unprofessional, very short and condescending And extremely rude. I will not be going back there, and I will be filing complaints with her manager
Great experience. I've been here twice soon after they opened, once with an appointment and once as a walk in. Both times Claudia helped me get in and out quickly and was incredibly kind and patient and helped me feel at ease despite my not being comfortable with needles. Thank you!
Go elsewhere, Worst customer service. Will be reaching out to Mgmt to make them aware of the bs going on in here.
30 minute appointment confirmations and they still over that time frame. Hire more people
