Jules was slammed with people today. She did a really good job got us out in an hour. She was working really hard. She definitely deserves Recognition for the hard work that she put in. I had to bring my son in for bloodwork And she was working so hard thanks again Jules for getting us in and out.
The phlebotomist is the BEST! I will say I think it’s terribly unfair to leave her completely alone to check-in patients, handle the phone, and draw blood. There should be AT LEAST one other worker to help handle the admin. For profit healthcare puts entirely too much pressure on good workers, and definitely impacts the patient’s experience in a negative way. Spend the money and hire help.
My previous review had been a one star. I have flipped it because it is now many years later and the experience was totally different: -Made an appointment and they held to it as close as they could. The lady Infront of me taking 15 minutes to figure out how to use the check-in computer, which was impressive because it holds your hand the entire way, kinda made it impossible to hold to but they did a good job anyway. -Got all my information taken care of very easily, front window staff was helpful and quick -Wait was not lon... read more

scheduling an appt on website would not work properly. tried calling the office 5 times within 1 day. someone answered on the 4th call, said she couldn’t help me and told me to hold, then was transferred and hung up on.
