The guy who works here is absolutely rude and uncaring. I emailed over the orders twice and got confirmation they were delivered. Apparently their system was down and he told me I need to drive somewhere and pay to fax it. Then HE started raising his voice and telling me I was getting emotional and I need to walk away. I waited AN HOUR for NOTHING. These are blood tests that I need done ASAP and I didn’t have an hour to wait. I needed to get home to my child instead of dealing with this rude man-child. Used to love to come to this location, but now they regular techs are gone. It's pathetic. Had appointment came early. 20 people in lobby. The office was to open at 7am and no staff and no workers showed up to process folks. Waited 50 min no one showed office still closed. Folks let main office know but was late to work based upon poor scheduling and still never got my labs taken care of. Then get a text an hour after I left they are ready to see me. Just crap and if your staff cant come on time then hold them accountable
The lady who took my blood test today went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. Because of her prep work, she was able to get me on the first attempt. It usually takes multiple attempts to get my blood.
I arrived to this lab before closing time (3:56)and started to scan my id to register. A male clerk said we are closed, you can schedule for another appointment. I said I thought you close at 4:00pm. Then he check his computer, he said you scanned your id, I don’t have your insurance card. I said I have insurance card. ( thinking you never asked for it) then he said he cannot find my order.
