Only giving this 3 starts because Jackie deserves 5 stars. I'm at the point if I walk in and Jackie isn't there in going to leave. My 3 year old get routine blood work for graves and she love Mrs Jackie. The other lady that we've dealt with is not personable, taking personal phone calls while literally drawing her blood and very abrasive. My daughter definitely has made a friend in Jackie. She wasn't there last time I hope she didn't leave
No appointment needed. Staff is experienced and knows what they are doing.
I came in at 10 am to get labwork done. Fourty five minutes after waiting ,the lady at the desk called me up to say I needed to register again. Everyone that came after me was able to go and I had to wait and now be last. Her excuse was that the computer didn't show me in the system but yet my name was listed on the board..I am livid at this point and still haven't been seen yet. Over n hour and half later and still waiting..do not recommend
I have had a woman reuse a needle that she thir down on table even though it was the one she used on me I didn't catch it until it was to late and they always forget to draw all my labs for each doctor and my doctors are getting mad at me because the labs are not there
