Went today for bloodwork. This is my 3rd or 4th time going to this location and this was my best experience! Yvette was AMAZING!!! Only one stick and she got it! She was so kind yet professional. I hope she’s there the next time I need to go.
Only giving this 3 starts because Jackie deserves 5 stars. I'm at the point if I walk in and Jackie isn't there in going to leave. My 3 year old get routine blood work for graves and she love Mrs Jackie. The other lady that we've dealt with is not personable, taking personal phone calls while literally drawing her blood and very abrasive. My daughter definitely has made a friend in Jackie. She wasn't there last time I hope she didn't leave
No appointment needed. Staff is experienced and knows what they are doing.
I came in at 10 am to get labwork done. Fourty five minutes after waiting ,the lady at the desk called me up to say I needed to register again. Everyone that came after me was able to go and I had to wait and now be last. Her excuse was that the computer didn't show me in the system but yet my name was listed on the board..I am livid at this point and still haven't been seen yet. Over n hour and half later and still waiting..do not recommend
