Very disappointing experience at this location. The receptionist (a blonde woman at the front desk) was extremely rude, unprofessional, and acted with clear prejudice toward Hispanic patients. She scans people up and down with contempt and treats customers as if they were asking for favors rather than receiving a service. Everyone deserves respectful and fair care regardless of language or background. Management needs to address this staff member's behavior immediately.
The blood withdrawal person has a horrible attitude and did not insert properly when attempting to withdrawal.
It has been my regular go to place. The staff is pleasant and professional and always timely.
The worst place ever i do an appointment for blood test in which I have to take a pill and have to be done by 9 am they give me appointment at 8:45 and wen a get there was close. No call ,no massage nothing!!! The worst!!!!!
LabCorp is fantastic! I never feel any pain when they are drawing blood. They are nice, kind and professional! 🥰
