My appointment was really fast—it didn’t even take 5 minutes. The place was clean, and the blood test didn’t hurt at all. The technician who took my blood was very gentle
This place is ridiculous. 1 person sitting in front, but you check in with an ipad. Over 1.5 hour wait just to get urine in a cup. There were 5 people waiting and nothing happening.
Horrible service. You don't feel welcomed at all. The lady working there this morning looked miserable and looked like and behaved rudely as if we were bothering her. I get you are only one person but that is no way to treat people. The paper towel machine wasn't working and I let her know. Her response as if I was bothering her, "Just use toilet paper to wipe your hands" How disgusting is that! On top of that this place is gross! It smells funky and bad. “Doctors wife” (didn’t get her name) she only referred to herself as the doctors wife. She was extremely unprofessional. Refused services to my mother and sister without reason. Then proceeded to tell my sister she was rushing her and that was the reason to refuse services. Don’t go here.
Horrible Customer Service, not help for elder people, dont wait the key words like "please, thank you" or any help with the registration or instructions...Shame with this wanna be receptionist...
