I took my daughter for blood work for the first time, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The staff member who drew her blood was very cold and came across as rude. My daughter was already feeling anxious and scared, and the lack of warmth or reassurance only made the situation worse. A little patience and kindness would have made a big difference in helping her feel more comfortable.
The only issue I have is that none of the labcorp locations pick up there phones. I’ve left messages and no call backs or even an answer. I’ve been calling to see when my results would be ready because I was told 2-3 days and still nothing
Horrible, a really long wait time and a very very small room to wait in. It’s not a proper doctors office. Many people had to wait for hours, including me and my children.
Hours are incorrect. Very inconvenient and a waste of time!
