I agree with many of the reviews left here. The woman who works here is extremely curt, rude, and unprofessional. It's obvious she hates her job. I will never visit this location again, no matter how desperate the situation is. The lady who works here should not have a job that involves interacting with other people.

We've had nothing but good experiences coming in for labwork here. We do bring paper lab orders and are either prepaid or billing is done through our naturopath, but its always been smooth sailing! Yes, there can be a bit of a wait at times. Also, be sure to bring your ID and your insurance card if that is applicable for your situation. Check in is via a kiosk machine.

The wait time was running an hour behind for appointments. How sad that this place does not have the staffing support to meet the needs of consumers.
