Took my 9yo there and had no problems whatsoever. We had an appointment. The front desk person was perfectly competent and was also the phlebotomist for us (they have more than one). She was great with kids, and very nice, and did a painless job. My daughter had a great experience and I’m so thankful. Place could use a paint job and some updating, but there’s no problem with it.
I should negative rating if I could. I got injured during blood draw and lady taking the blood draw injured my nerves. It is. Two weeks and Ai cannot work or use my arm. This is a nightmare.
Absolute garbage customer service. Website says no walk ins. But they take walk ins. They don’t do anything on time. Staffing is awful. Absolute crap front desk and phlebotomists.

Had appt, waited 1 hour, no simple blood draw taken? Single receptionist who was doing blood draws as well. No sanitizing between patients. Lots of sick patrons. After being asked 3 times if I had appt she had already verified I left the facility and called the corporate office about my concerns. Very incompetent.
