2nd time they canceled me at 805 when my appointment was at 815. I took the morning off of work and I fasted. Super bummer.
Terrible experience. The phlebotomist clearly didn’t know what they were doing—I left with a huge, painful bruise on my arm. Completely unacceptable for a routine blood draw. I hope the clinic takes this as feedback to reinforce better technique.
Update: they don't even know how to do the redraw. Been here for thirty minutes while they make phone calls and sit on hold! Unbelievable. Needed bloodwork for school, and I purchased it out of pocket. A week later, the lab finally resulted, stating it was an insufficient sample, not enough blood was drawn...by THEIR lab tech. Now I have to go in and have the lab drawn AGAIN and WAIT a WEEK again! They said they can't rush it even though it was their freaking mistake! Employee Stacey was the best! She was helpful, knowledgeable, kind & all around awesome. I was overwhelmed & stressed & she was so patient & supportive! Will go back because of her! Please make sure she gets this praise!
Had a wonderful experience here with Stacey! She was patient, fun, and fast with my son who was very nervous to have his blood drawn. Quick and easy! Highly recommend.
