staff lovley, location horrible, no privacy, frost desk is a home desk at the front of the office as you walk in, everyone can hear all your Information while talking with front desk girl, not enough seating, so people are standing over eachother, construction dust everywhere, it looks like a temporary office that was set up very fast with home items and unfinished. Not very professional looking.
Super duper crew… never fun to have your blood taken, but they made it very comfortable and put me at ease! Would definitely return to this location!
The staff here are just wonderful. I took my mom last year when she needed to have a huge draw and always has issues with getting a good vein. They had no problem. Today I took my son (8yrs with AuDHD) and Jaimie and David were outstanding. They were so encouraging, positive, gentle, and above all patient. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this lab.
I went 4 times. Two techs had bad attitudes and one was good. One purposely didn’t give me all the needed supplies for an at home test and the other tech caught him. Another tech insisted on full vials when the doctor had said only partial vials were needed. So I walked out and went to Tacoma. When taking a lot of vials, some of the vials do not need to be full.
