Kristen has always done my blood work and she’s very efficient and it’s painless and kind !
I drove two hours to get a TB titer that I need for school because this was the closest place to me. My appointment was at 3:45 and I drove all that way just to find out that they had run out of TB titers earlier that morning. Do they not check to see the appointment types coming in for that day? They certainly should have called to let me know. I wasted $50 in gas for nothing. Very unprofessional. The low reviews make sense. I was greeted by friendly staff, waited only a few minutes, and was taken back promptly. The entire process was handled quickly and I was in and out within roughly 10 minutes.
