Was there this morning for a quick blood draw and everything went great. Front desk was very nice and also got me in early. The woman that did the blood draw couldn't have been any nicer and she was awesome at drawing blood I couldn't feel a thing.
Friendly, efficient, and professional service at LabCorp's West Bend's location. I scheduled an appointment for 1:45 pm today through their 1-800 number and entered the facility at 1:30. I was warmly greeted and asked to enter my information into the self check-in station near the front desk. I handed my doctors lab order to the front desk and she asked me to proceed to one of the rooms within two minutes. She drew my blood while having a brief friendly conversation and I was done. Kristen has always done my blood work and she’s very efficient and it’s painless and kind !
I drove two hours to get a TB titer that I need for school because this was the closest place to me. My appointment was at 3:45 and I drove all that way just to find out that they had run out of TB titers earlier that morning. Do they not check to see the appointment types coming in for that day? They certainly should have called to let me know. I wasted $50 in gas for nothing. Very unprofessional. The low reviews make sense.
