Normally a good place but today I had to bang on the door and wait outside in the cold to be let in for my 7:30 am appt. I was finally allowed to come in at 7:31am after calling. Normally when I arrive 10 min early, the staff is there and it’s actually open-door unlocked, lights on. I was shocked by how cold the lab tech was, as she is normally kind and chatty. I will not be back
