I am a pirates dream ..my veins are very deep like buried treasure...most of the vampires(techs) find it difficult to draw my blood..however the last few times I have had to have a blood draw the techs did a fantastic job of getting a vein 1st try...I uselly am poked a min of 4 times this place makes it easier for I dread having to go because of the multiple stabs

The lab procedure itself was quick and efficient; however, there was a noticeable lack of communication through the process. Afterward, when I tried to confirm whether I had completed all required labs, the front desk staff were unclear and came across as rude. Overall, I was disappointed by the poor communication and the unprofessional attitude I encountered while simply seeking clarification.
