I got routine blood work done today and the computer system went down. The staff was so nice and apologizing and I knew it wasn’t their fault and it only took a little bit longer than usual but I was dealing with Amanda and she was so nice and it really wasn’t needed because it wasn’t her fault. You got a tremendous person with her. Thank her
My doctor just informed me he did not receive all the tests he requested and now I have to return to have them complete the tests.
They drew my blood and only submitted one result to the Dr. Now I have to go back and get jabbed again !!! Definitely not happy.
Always have gone to this location for myself and my son ever since it opened same 2 women have worked there since day 1 used to be so sweet. Last week got nothing but attitude for no reason especially since it was for my special needs son. Will never be going back again after last weeks scheduled appointment.
