First time using this lab and the (southern accent) phlebotomist doggone near put the needle through my arm. I had a bruise for almost 3 weeks post draw. I almost pulled away but then quickly realized. She’d have to stab me again and that just wasn’t gonna happen! I had follow-up blood draw with Audrey. What a more pleasant experience it was. I’ll have to have more blood work and so we’ll see how it goes.
Audrey was lovely and made me feel so comfortable and safe considering that I get a bit scared with these types of things. I was helped very quickly and the process was smooth.
I do not enjoy getting my blood drawn but the young girl who helped me today 4/6/2026 was great! Super friendly, clean office, and had me out of there in no time. This is my second time visiting this office. First time was in 2023. Both times were a great experience all things considered.
The tall southern girl was awesome, she is very good at drawing blood. In and out really fast
