Extremely rude and unprofessional. The posted hours are not reliable. Employee stated they are allowed to close early without any kind of notice. Informed me she was covering for someone else and stated "I don't even do no drug screens so you'd be coming back anyways."
have not had a single good experience here. every time i’m here my preferred name in my file is blatantly ignored and the staff are rude and seem to go out of their way to use the incorrect pronouns and gendered terms for me upon seeing that i’m there for hormone labs. feels extremely dehumanizing to be treated this disrespectfully and unprofessionally in a medical setting and this is the only medical facility around here that has given me this problem. if you’re lgbtq+, go get your labs done somewhere else if you can.
I’ve been here several times for myself and my kids and we have always had a great experience. The two girls that work there and draw blood have been wonderful! Highly recommended!

Rachel has absolutely NO business working there. I have never crossed paths with anyone so rude or unprofessional. Their systems are supposedly down, but I’ve printed off the form for her and she absolutely refuses to assist me or even look at my order. My order is NONREFUNDABLE and she refuses to help!!
