I never had a more horrible experience at a labcorp before. I walked in with an appointment at 10:45. And then this person at the front just gives me so much attitude and then argues with me saying she can’t take me due to them closing. I explained to them, I understand that but I booked an appointment at this time, so that is their issue, you can’t give appointments at that time and when people show up from far away, you say “we can’t take you at this time”. Scheduled appt online and had no wait upon arrival. Everyone was professional and friendly. Brenda and Loraine took amazing care of my daughter.

I recently switched from Quest (Rockville Centre) where I kept having terrible experiences with staff, wait times, and the lack of cleanliness of their office. Today, I went to Labcorp (Valley Stream) where the office was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and Olivia who took my sample was amazing! Thanks Labcorp Valley Stream!

I don’t know about the service now. But this place is my preferred office to go because it’s in and out.
