We've been using the Saugerties, NY location for over 25 years and three stars (good) is the right place for them. For years it could be very consistent and then a personnel change comes and boom there goes the consistency we liked......till there is another change and it could go in either direction. Averaged out....over the many years...we'd have to stand right at three stars with the good and the bad (once showed up for an appointment and found they had closed for lunch quite early and the doors were locked). Lots of parking, quick in and out with appointment. Nice people. They don't give lollipops afterwards.

Pretty quick, even for a Monday morning. Kind staff... very good at their jobs. Didn't feel the needle at all.
