Although this was only my second visit ever to this particular Lab Corp location, I must say that I was surprised to read so many negative reviews for this location prior to making an appointment. Neither of my experiences were unpleasant. Today’s visit was exceptionally pleasant. My tech was Shannon—she was super! might as well go somewhere else unless you want to be uncomfortable. Not a great experience. If you’re already embarrassed and anxious then you need to find somewhere else for sure !
This is the closest to me, contracted place for drug testing for my nursing program. My initial results were diluted because it’s a 45 min drive, so I got up did my normal routine and hydrate well. When I had to go back and retest I planned out to get here right at opening. I was rudely informed that drug testing for employment/students doesn’t start until 9 am, which is nowhere listed unless it is one of the tattered copy paper flyers on the wall. Alexandria Carter is extremely rude...The woman obviously doesn't like people and let's you know that immediately once you walk through the door. The experience was so bad I was moved to leave a review only to find out this isn't the first. Wow!!! Many saying the very same things....I guess labcorp doesn't care?
