God awful place
I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the front desk staff. The individual was rude and unprofessional, exhibiting a sense of entitlement. Despite arriving eight minutes before their posted 12 PM lunch closure with my four-year-old son, I was informed that service could not be provided. The staff member was abrupt, refused my polite request for assistance, and avoided eye contact, stating she had personal commitments and was late for her daughter's appointment.
