Went all the way here for a drug test that they claimed they do on the website and after I drove here and checked in she said she didn’t offer drug test ????
Zero customer service- An older gentleman was having an issue checking in. I helped him but he kept leaving the check-in kiosk before he was finished. I looked at the receptionist for help and I had the impression that I was bothering her but she did eventually come over to help. After my blood was drawn I stopped at the receptionist's window to pay. I stood there with my payment card visible as she ignored me for a short while before she asked me what I wanted. Don't go here the staff is ridiculous. First time my daughter went by herself they didn't explain anything to her so she didn't know what to do. You see she's a young adult explain so she understands and doesn't get overwhelmed. Have some patience dang not everyone knows what to do. And smile don't be so hateful. Will never come back!!!!
