Went here to get lab work completed and to drop off a specimen for a surgery next week due to cancer and the older women with silver hair ignored us and was also extremely rude while I had my family with me. She then denied service and asked us to leave with time sensitive specimens that are a matter of life and death with a surgery to remove cancer. She gave us wrong answers because she was being neglectful to her jobs duties. I have never received such poor customer service and someone like this should not be in this posit... read more
