Ms. Kia, the nurse that attended me today, was super nice and patient. She even checked if I spelled the email address correctly. There was another young lady at the front desk who was also pleasantly helpful. Overall, I would recommend this clinic (especially if Ms. Kia is there).

i was worried going here due to the reviews, but after going i had nothing but a positive experience. i made an appointment the night before for 11:15a, and was seen by 11:25, and from there was in and out within 15 minutes. i do not know the technicians name who worked on me but she was efficient, and fast. zero issues and would go back

This location runs off of their own rules, not the company’s. Find another location or company. The website and a sign on the door states they accept walk-ins for employment drug screening before 2pm. I walked in around 1pm, signed in at the kiosk. There was one person sitting, she was called in 2 minutes of me being there. After about 15 minutes, I hear a woman from the back say that she can’t take anymore drug screening, the lady in the front acknowledged her. I have visited this location for a long time and never have I been disrespected by the lady at the front desk. I guess her name is Rita as I gathered from another comment. She is very professional and underrated by her employer or employers. Although I don't know them I feel more disrespected by them than I do Rita who is an exemplary employee. She is faithful, dependable, patient and has great interpersonal skills . I am sure she is not staying because she love being abused by her employer/employers. Obviously she need her ... read more
