Went here to get lab work completed and to drop off a specimen for a surgery next week due to cancer and the older women with silver hair ignored us and was also extremely rude while I had my family with me. She then denied service and asked us to leave with time sensitive specimens that are a matter of life and death with a surgery to remove cancer. Tienen pésimo servicio, cierran antes de la hora que tienen prevista, cuando uno llama el operador dice llegar en las horas de la tarde sin cita y cuando llegas al laboratorio dicen lo contrario. Tenían cerrado a las 3:00pm y la respuesta fue que no tenían nada que ver con la información del call service.

Whoever was working this afternoon (2:30pm 08/27/2025) has terrible customer service. My father had a stroke a few months ago, so I sent my parents in an Uber today to this location for blood work. When they got there there was no one at the front desk and no bell to ring, so my mother eventually called out “hello, is anyone here?” And finally a woman came out.
