Drive farther to go elsewhere. Made an appt and still waited an hour. After someone yells your name from a back room, you wait in a line behind the door. You’re then meant to enter stalls as people exit them, like a public restroom, rather than be called back - which we discovered late in the process. Techs don’t speak to people and it’s all very old and tired. A new process, additional friendly staff, and a coat of paint would work wonders.
This place stinks. Like literally stinks as if it hasn't been cleaned in years. This is supposed to be a sanitary place.? I wouldnt let my dog eat out of a bowl in here. The staff is slow, rude, and clearly incompetent or care very little about literally anything other then getting through the day. God forbid they have to get up to the calling window so people can hear them. Instead of screaming from the back. Terrible dirty rude front staff not helpful was unsure of what i was supposed to do first time there definately will never go again.
The skinny brunette lady who calls you in initially needs to be trained in customer service and politeness. Everyone hates dealing with her.
