The last two times I have been at Labcorp there was literally one person running the front desk as well as drawing the blood. I had a scheduled appointment today and didn’t get out till an hour later. This is beyond awful customer service and felt really bad for the one person running the entire operation!
We visited LabCorp on the recommendation of a doctor for my 5-year-old son. We arrived at 7 a.m. and were out within 20–30 minutes. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly gentle with my son and completed his bloodwork quickly and smoothly. I’ve seen some negative reviews about this location, but that was not our experience at all.
Had to wait so long never had this experience at any other Labcorp
Sitting here for over a half an hour waiting to have my blood drawn. No one around!! This location can't compare to Medford where I've NEVER had to wait this long. Won't be coming to this location again! Ridiculous.
They are mean and they are miserable! They are taking out of you ! Don't go there
