I came as a walk-in from the allergists office, expecting to wait a while. The parking lot has never been handicap friendly, with very few van accessible handicap spots, a janky skinny sidewalk, which people regularly park over since there is no parking barrier. Once you get to the door, it is also not wheelchair-friendly, as it's a manual door which leads to another manual door. Thankfully, kind strangers got the doors for me. The last two times I have been at Labcorp there was literally one person running the front desk as well as drawing the blood. I had a scheduled appointment today and didn’t get out till an hour later. This is beyond awful customer service and felt really bad for the one person running the entire operation!

We visited LabCorp on the recommendation of a doctor for my 5-year-old son. We arrived at 7 a.m. and were out within 20–30 minutes. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly gentle with my son and completed his bloodwork quickly and smoothly. I’ve seen some negative reviews about this location, but that was not our experience at all.
