Constantly disappointed with this location but sadly it’s the closest to work and home. So I have to use it. Had an appointment and STILL had to wait 40mins. I needed to get back to work and end up losing an hour pay. A gentleman came in before me with no appointment but was able to be seen before me. The appointments slots are overbooked in my opinion or too close in time because the wait to get your blood drawn is ridiculous! As usual, this was the most poorly run location. I had a 1030 appointment and watched as walk-ins were taken before me, d espite the fact that I checked in with all my information. When I finally told the receptionist, she offered no apology and didn't seem to care that I had waited 45 minutes while others who had no appointments were taken before me. The front desk women need to be replaced. All of them were extremely rude and unprofessional.
Went there without an appointment and while they were closing in less than 30 mins and 7-8 other patients were in the waiting room I was out very quickly. The personnel were also professional and polite.
No matter what time of day, there is an obnoxious wait, for something that once you’re there only takes 2 minutes. Everyone should be in and out, not waiting for an hour in the waiting room. Seems like no one has any motivation to work here and keep the crowd moving
