Love this place, been going here for years. The ladies here are great at what they do and I highly recommend Nicole! Definitely recommend you make an appointment before you go as it can get busy, but always a good experience!
My experience today was amazing. Nicole and of course the other woman working today did and are doing a phenomenal job. Many people to attend to and many different issues to solve. But they all remained calm, kind and professional. THANK YOU AGAIN NICOLE!! Blessings to the Port Jefferson St. Labcorp.
Horrible service, the staff pretend like you aren't standing right in front of them if you have questions, they'll ignore you and call everyone else. Waited well over two hours for a simple test and labwork. I doubt other locations are much better but do not come here if you can avoid it.
Very disappointed in this place. At least an hour late for the average person. There is no organization and I think it's criminal that they won't allow you to make an appointment for another day at the desk. They force you to call a number or go online and there has been times where you go online and come in and all of a sudden they don't have your appointment. The nurses are not on the same page working together and you'll have one nurse say the appointment is ready and then when you still have to wait for 30+ minutes. They... read more
The worst labcorp I've ever visited. If you come here, be prepared to spend over an hour. The service is terrible; they work like a tortoise.
