I read reviews early this morning, and I was very surprised by the negative reviews. I have been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I just walked out of the office, and had the most pleasant experience with the employees here. Keep up the good work, ladies. I think you’re the best!
Labcorp in 11 Medical Drive Port Jefferson Station is the WORST I have seen.First off, if you make an appointment arrive on Time your Wait time is an hour and half? How long does it take to get 3 tubes of blood? Less then 5 minutes that’s how long.There were people in the waiting room sitting there with Urine samples…FULL!!! That Staff is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT.If you cannot manage a waiting room I WOULDN’T TRUST YOU WITH A BLOOD SAMPLE.
A terrible place where even if you check in online you will be forced to wait for about an hour and a half. I do not recommend visiting!
Showed up today at 8:30.There was only one person working and she was new. It took her 20 minutes to input information into the computer for one person. There were 9 people ahead of me.
