The woman at the front desk made me feel like I was bothering her when I approached her twice with questions. If you don’t like working with people, get a new job.
This has by far been the best LabCorp experience I’ve ever had, and I’m truly grateful. The location itself is cozy, clean, and welcoming, and the staff’s professionalism stood out right away. Mary Fran was the sweetest and kept making conversation with my little one so that she’s comfortable having her blood drawn. Meg, and Laura were also unbelievably kind, sweet, and genuinely caring. Their courtesy and warmth made the whole experience so much better. Thank you all so much for making my visit such a positive one!

I usually don’t write reviews for this kind of thing but I have to for this location. I have been taking blood On and off for the last year, and I have been going to different locations. I figured I would try out the Ivyland spot and it is 10 out of 10. I got there right when they opened at 7 AM and I was leaving by 7:20 AM as a walk-in appointment. Just left Labcorp and had the misfortune of encountering Christina at the front desk. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! After barely hearing her call my name (thankfully I was by the window and saw her say ‘Melissa’) - she points to the chair by her desk. After I sat down, I asked her if she needed my insurance card and she yells at me while shaking and cocking her head “I don’t know - I will let you know!”. Then she tells me to go to Room 3.
