I usually don’t write reviews for this kind of thing but I have to for this location. I have been taking blood On and off for the last year, and I have been going to different locations. I figured I would try out the Ivyland spot and it is 10 out of 10. I got there right when they opened at 7 AM and I was leaving by 7:20 AM as a walk-in appointment. Just left Labcorp and had the misfortune of encountering Christina at the front desk. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! After barely hearing her call my name (thankfully I was by the window and saw her say ‘Melissa’) - she points to the chair by her desk. After I sat down, I asked her if she needed my insurance card and she yells at me while shaking and cocking her head “I don’t know - I will let you know!”. Then she tells me to go to Room 3. Phlebotomists hurt and leave me black and blue. They don't know how to draw blood without hurting. Jefferson hospital never did that to me even when I got infusions. I will find somewhere else to go.
The Staff are all excellent! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Punctuality is VERY important to me and they do an amazing job with speedy great service.
Good place to clean and staff are very nice friendly will go there again for testing
