If i could give this place a ZERO, I would!!!! The receptionist was nasty when I told her my printer broke and I couldn't print out lab order. She told me (nastily) that NO, I couldn't email her the form. OK, I can understand that. Instead she tells me to download a free fax app and fax it to her. Upon asking her for # (after downloading 2 apps bc 1st wasn't free) she tells me "Look Down". So she wouldn't let email her, yet she's still printing out form once faxed!! OK, whatever. Best labcorp I’ve been to especially for my 2 year old. Short wait times with and without an appointment, competent staff and cute Halloween decorations which was a great distraction for my toddler. We went here for bloodwork when she was 1 & 2 years old and had a great experience!
The woman at the front desk made me feel like I was bothering her when I approached her twice with questions. If you don’t like working with people, get a new job.
