Why is this building even open when a business could make far more use of the space inside. I called up LabCorp and made an appointment for Wednesday 2-4-26 quite some time ago for the Prescott, location. I then made an appointment for my doctors 12 days later so that the results of the blood draw could be evaluated. Not only do I get an email but I also get a text saying that they're closed now for the whole month of February. Absolutely useless!
Wonderful Service and Mandy was great. I wont go any where else. Very clean and organized. If I could give you higher ratings I would.
Horrible Labcorp! I only went there because I was around the corner...the wait time is ridiculous if you dont have an appointment and then the techs are awful!! Normally after you take blood, you are to apply pressure so you dont bleed out...well this daft tech just slapped gauze and tape around my arm...I get to the car and the gauze is soaked with blood, I then take it off to apply pressure with a napkin...before I could do this my blood is squirting out of my arm and then onto my clothing!! Fast, easy and efficient. They get you in and out with no delays. Staff is friendly and they work hard to keep things moving quickly.
Two stars for the 5-star nurses! Thank you for being so kind and wonderful. Front-desk, like most of Vegas, unfriendly. Billing dept 0-stars. After an accidental double pay in November 2020, I finally got my refund on 4/1/2021. If only I could charge you interest & send a claims agent to your office.
Not saying this is true, but I felt looked down upon because I am white. I also felt no friendliness. I also saw some eye rolling and mean eyes. I waited a while ,then went to the desk to find out why. I was told, “I called you three times.” I am hearing impaired and there is a wall between the front desk and patients so this is a problem. I will not return here. Also, the place was not clean. The lab Corp at federal hill is very nice and clean so I will go there.
I had an order for labwork since September and got into an accident the day I was headed to get my labwork done :-( I finally circled back around to getting it done at the end of December. I called this morning to find out if my order would still be valid. Martha was so pleasant and helpful! Check in, wait time, lab draw and out the door within 20 minutes! I dreaded getting the labwork done which is part of the reason I waited so long but Martha's upbeat attitude, customer service and great skill made this a great visit... read more
Emma Charlotton named employee was worst employee to treat patients there. Very rude and not professional at all. Lab corps Lawrenceville was worst experience to go.
The entire staff (especially Danielle) were very helpful and caring to my wife who was very nervous during her visit. Everyone went above and beyond to comfort her. I would recommend this location. Danielle, you did an amazing job!! Thank you for your professionalism.
