Painless! Diana helped me today, and if you’re ever nervous about getting blood work done, come here. She saw how afraid I was , she saw me crying and held me. She gave me a hug- man I needed that hug- and she soothed me to a place where she could take the blood. In and out within 25 minuets. Come here . Thank you so much

I visited this facility about 3 weeks ago. I had 8 tubes of blood drawn. I made sure, as I normally do, to let the front desk know I tend to get extremely light headed and potentially could pass it. Typically when you tell them that, you go into the room 2 where you lay down. I waited almost a half hour from the time my name was called because they continued to skip over me. I went there to have blood drawn 4 times in 3 hours for a test. Shalonda was AMAZING. She got it every single time on the first try and did not hurt me. I imagine it would have been really rough if it weren’t for her!
