I had an appointment on 9/22/26 and I went. They sent me a message today stating I never showed up and options for an appointment. I also had labs by 3 different doctors and I was told the tech to make sure all of the docs receive their ordered labs. Again they screwed up and put everything to just one of the docs. I also am not to receive any charges, but I still I always do. They actually stated it just easier to pay rather than arguing I am not to be balanced billed. Made an appointment early in the week for a weekend draw for my son. Check in was easy, and the service was excellent. The phlebotomist explained the process to him as he was a bit nervous. We were in and out in 20 minutes. The walk ins were plenty so I strongly suggest making an appointment to expedite your experience.
Ordered a lab test online, easy navigation. Made appointment and it was on time as well as quick. Very professional technician. Recommend
