I didn't get the girls name. But she was the One who was very friendly and very helpful for helping me check in and update my insurance. She was transferred from Brooklyn to the Marple Commons office.She deserves some recognition. The African American woman their are also magnificent. But the one white woman there is very rude and very unhelpful,I sure wish she can get removed From the office. This is not my 1st time that I gave her a bad review
It's close to our pediatrician so it's a convenient location but I wouldn't recommend taking your kids here. Blood work is a scary process for a 3yo and she cried and was scared even before the needle. I tried to hold her still and distract her. After she was finished one of the technicians says in an exasperated way that she should have gone on her lunch break before this. I want to take a moment to recognize Shalonda for her exceptional professionalism during my recent blood draw. She is truly a tactician when it comes to phlebotomy.
Went to west Chester pike Havertown.staff was excellent ,friendly and quick.
Lady at front desk is incredibly rude. Every question i had she had some snarky response for. Would not go back to this location again just because of the experience with her and i was only there for 15 minutes.
