Went to west Chester pike Havertown.staff was excellent ,friendly and quick.
Lady at front desk is incredibly rude. Every question i had she had some snarky response for. Would not go back to this location again just because of the experience with her and i was only there for 15 minutes.
I will never go to this location again. The woman who took my blood hurt my arm so badly. I never had this happen from getting blood drawn before. They are also rushed and not very friendly.
This place is always crowded, especially in the early morning Unfortunately the people who check you in are also the people who take the blood. They are doing double duty, which slows the process down. They need to hire a person who works the desk and does the checkin ONLY.
I had a great experience at Labcorp. I had an appointment, and the staff were professional from start to finish. The check‑in process was incredibly fast with zero wait time. It’s a very busy office, and they keep everything organized and moving efficiently.
