I will no longer be returning for ANYTHING at the Broomall, PA location! Not only is the older, technician rude, but she is inept at her job. She used 2 torniquets on the same arm, at the SAME time to draw blood for only 4 vials. It was so disturbing to see that another technician interrupted her to ask was everything fine...it was NOT! During a separate, and recent visit, the older woman yelled at me in front of the ENTIRE waiting room when I tried to tell her I was leaving after seeing how busy they were. There was a wait because nobody was at the front desk when I came in for routine blood testing. There was a sign saying that they would be with us shortly because they were helping a patient. Finally someone came to the front desk and I was helped first because I registered first. Then it took about 5 minutes for the lady who actually drew my blood. But she was very personable and kind. Generally good experience after usually going to over busy Springfield location.
Everyone was so nice! I was in and out within minutes after the check in. Didn’t need an appointment.
