Awful front desk staff
Absolutely unacceptable. I’m genuinely baffled as to why the front desk staff—particularly the same woman we’ve dealt with repeatedly—is still employed here. She clearly despises her job and makes no effort to hide it. If you’re that unhappy, please, please consider a different line of work. You deserve to be happy! Every visit is the same: long waits, minimal courtesy, and zero sense of urgency. Aaron is an exceptional phlebotomist as well as human being. 1,000 stars for his kindness, specialty and professionalism. Truly.
Went in on a weekday around lunch time with no appointment. Staff was friendly and quick. Only had to wait 10-15 minutes.
