20 mins before closing time the systems were conveniently down, "unless you have a small panel, then we can process it" The system is either down or not, period, stop talking to customers like you're stupid. I guess if you know the company you work for has the market cornered, the customers will keep coming regardless of your work ethic.
This branch is severely understaffed. Waited an hour for an appointment. Walk ins were here for hours.
Awful front desk staff
Absolutely unacceptable. I’m genuinely baffled as to why the front desk staff—particularly the same woman we’ve dealt with repeatedly—is still employed here. She clearly despises her job and makes no effort to hide it. If you’re that unhappy, please, please consider a different line of work. You deserve to be happy! Every visit is the same: long waits, minimal courtesy, and zero sense of urgency.
