The staff were polite, but that's about where the positives end. The facility looked like it hadn't been updated in decades, stained walls and cluttered corners. It was hard to feel confident about getting medical tests done in an environment that looks this. Not the worst experience, but definitely not somewhere I'd choose again.
The place itself is great. One of the phlebotomist…not so much., i don’t know her name but short, asian, blonde hair, she should not even have a job. Never in my life have a had a needle hurt THAT bad. every time i’ve had to get blood work it wasn’t a bad experience at all, this time it was. it was literally brutal. safe to say i will not let that lady ever touch me again. seriously. she had no care in the world. Not to mention she was just very rude in general. Shame on her.
How this place remains open is a complete mystery. Rude staff, long waits, poorly trained staff. Do yourself a favor and listen to the other google reviews and steer clear of this cesspool.
I absolutely hate this location. It's unfortunate that the other locations nearby always have appointment slots booked up for weeks. The staff here is incredibly rude, clearly dislike their jobs, and have no time for true patient care. I was just forced to pay an "estimated copay" for lab services I know will be covered 100% by my insurance. When I questioned it, I was told I have to swipe my CC and sign the form or I wouldn't be able to get my labs drawn. My appointment was at 9:45, I checked in at 9:32 on my phone in the p... read more
