First, the parking lot is just TERRIBLE. The people that work there are unbelievably rude. I needed to drop off a specimen, in a sealed envelope that wasn’t mine - an envelope that could be dropped in the mail and they say they need it checked in and then I have to wait to be seen. For what?? If it can go in a mailbox what do you need me (the delivery person only) to do for you? And they are nasty about it.
Been going to the one at 120 Sandhill drive for about 5 years. They move things along pretty fast. The staff is always nice. However, there's not a lot of parking space available. It is shared with two other businesses.
This location is never opened to their hours posted online. It's straight rubbish! It's literally impossible for anyone to shoot in after work to get a test done. Telling my doctor to send me to a different facility for my testing.
Great experience at this Labcorp! Made my appointment online a week prior, and as soon as I signed in on the kiosk they called me back (there weren’t many people there). The staff were very pleasant and friendly, the facility was clean and orderly, and the whole experience took less than 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning for my next lab test.
Been using this lab for several years, and never had a negative experience there. The front desk staff is courteous, and the phlebotomists are knowledgeable and friendly. As with all local businesses, they are affected by logistic as Middletown has grown beyond current infrastructure. Parking is limited, they are often crowded, and wait time has increased, and the ONE lavatory is a bottleneck.
