Extremely long waiting time For every person approximate 20/25 minutes wait,so if there is 3 people in front of you just do the math, Nurses are very nice

Arrived at 1:30 and Waited 45 minutes in the waiting room before I spoke to a receptionist, then they told me they don’t to urine tests at this location. By the time I spoke to anybody the next nearest location was closed. I was sent here for lab work, and I get told that “we don’t do that here”. Then what do you do?
