The worst visit ever. I arrived early for an appointment, a very rude Russian woman at the window said I was early and all these people were ahead of me so she took the walk ins and I went in 30 minutes late. The woman that took my blood was dancing around while I waited in the chair. And butchered my arm so badly I am still black blue and purple a nearly a week later. I have thought about writing this review all day. I'm normally as polite as humanly possible to the people around me, but I can't let this one slide. Varsha A is the most unbelievably rude and unprofessional person I've ever met IN MY LIFE. She yelled at me, couldn't hit my veins, and then got angry and called me "a bastard" at full volume in the hallway to her coworkers when I had done NOTHING even remotely rude to her.
