Phlebotomist did not ask which arm I wanted to be drawn from, took blood, then told me my blood was ‘clotted’ and couldn’t be sent in. Then she was going to do my other arm, I told her no because by that point I was dizzy. Bad experience. Now I have to go somewhere else and hope this doesn’t happen again, at room 1, bad phlebotomist. :(

I took my grandma here they treated her badly she had bruises on one arm and asked them to go in her other arm and they didn't listen the couldnt get blood from that arm and had to go in the other arm anyway they acted like it was her fault for not drinking enough water when her doctor specifically told her that she was over hydrating and to slow down on her water intake.
I have been going to this labcorp for many years. I always make an appointment. Never a problem! Very nice staff! Always do a great job. Thank you all so very much. You are very much appreciated!
Respresentive woman disrespectfully that shame I told them I am deaf they try call my name I can’t hear but they won’t say nothing not right!
