My appointment 07/22/2025 at your mule rdlocation Toms river nj was great. Everyone was friendly,kind and considerae. I have thought about writing this review all day. I'm normally as polite as humanly possible to the people around me, but I can't let this one slide. Varsha A is the most unbelievably rude and unprofessional person I've ever met IN MY LIFE. She yelled at me, couldn't hit my veins, and then got angry and called me "a bastard" at full volume in the hallway to her coworkers when I had done NOTHING even remotely rude to her. I have always had a great experience.
Phlebotomist did not ask which arm I wanted to be drawn from, took blood, then told me my blood was ‘clotted’ and couldn’t be sent in. Then she was going to do my other arm, I told her no because by that point I was dizzy. Bad experience. Now I have to go somewhere else and hope this doesn’t happen again, at room 1, bad phlebotomist. :(
