Horrible experience with Angela R, Site Coordinator. Went in for a non-routine specialist set of tests and was not told how to collect or procedure for drop off. Lapcorp website was how I got the information. If I had listened to the young woman who gave me the test kit I would’ve done it all wrong! I was not told about the procedure they have for emailing them the script or that I needed to print it out and bring it when I returned my samples. Horrible service, they mess up billing with the VA, stick me will the bill, and now I can't get any labs done. I see how this company treats vets...

How is anyone supposed to make it there who works a normal job?!? Seriously closing at 1:30 and closed on the weekends?!? You have to do better.
If I could give this place a zero I would. I brought my 1 y.o. Child here at 630, booked the appt 2 months in advance and they immediately made us leave and go print the script that doctor sent over several times. Came back to find out and they recommended we only get some of the blood tests that were prescribed. Which is bullshit. Then a young lab tech came into find the vein and it was like it was her first day on the job, she looked absolutely lost and couldn’t find a vein stating that they were too tiny.
