Not enough people working here for the volume they have. This is ALWAYS the case. Prepare to spend 2 hours here. I was in Ridgewood labcorp last week. In and out in 10 minutes. This is why I never get my bloodwork down here.
The atmosphere at the front desk didn’t feel welcoming or pleasant.
I was early for my appointment but still wasn't seen until 20 minutes after my appointment time. I also have a bruise at the injection site. I won't be back to this location and will most likely choose Quest over Labcorp in the future.
