Love the staff at this location, they work very hard for a very busy office. Consuelo is amazing at drawing blood, and the rest of the staff is always kind, patient and professional. They all deserve a raise for the amount of patients they process in a day. I took my 2 year old daughter for blood work and the phlebotomist had difficulty finding the vein. Instead of stopping or asking for help, she moved the needle around several times, fishing for the vein causing my daughter a lot of pain. When I asked her to stop and get someone else, she removed the needle, got upset, and left the room without saying a single word. i'm notoriously hard to draw blood from and have always struggled going and getting my blood drawn. I've had nurses poke my arm six different times, I've left with black and blues. BUT Consuelo is absolutely the best person to go to at this LabCorp. It was so incredibly quick and easy. She is the BEST.
Getting blood drawn takes forever and this was on more than one occasion-was told that slow computer systems are to blame. I recommend going somewhere else for a better experience.
Horrible experience with Angela R, Site Coordinator. Went in for a non-routine specialist set of tests and was not told how to collect or procedure for drop off. Lapcorp website was how I got the information. If I had listened to the young woman who gave me the test kit I would’ve done it all wrong! I was not told about the procedure they have for emailing them the script or that I needed to print it out and bring it when I returned my samples.
