I went with my wife to get a medical test, and the receptionist at the front desk was very kind and attentive to our questions. However, the staff member who assisted us during the procedure was quite rude. She was a tall Black woman with straight, slightly reddish hair. She seemed visibly displeased with us. In the past, the service has been great. Recently, the staff is curt, sarcastic and condescending. I know that they are understaffed, but that is not the fault of the patients. LabCorp needs to do better.

This my second day coming to Lab corp, the first day the lady told me comeback because she was the only person there still working. I comeback the next day and the first thing I hear from one of the employees is “why are you are here” she said it in a joking matter. But still it’s unprofessional and it’s discouraged me from staying. Why would any one want to receive service from employees that hate their job
