In the past, the service has been great. Recently, the staff is curt, sarcastic and condescending. I know that they are understaffed, but that is not the fault of the patients. LabCorp needs to do better.

This my second day coming to Lab corp, the first day the lady told me comeback because she was the only person there still working. I comeback the next day and the first thing I hear from one of the employees is “why are you are here” she said it in a joking matter. But still it’s unprofessional and it’s discouraged me from staying. Why would any one want to receive service from employees that hate their job

Very professional, friendly, skilled staff. Clean environment....the ONLY place I have gone for blood work where I never felt it!!!☺️

I can truly say that this was one of the best experience I ever had at a facility like this. I came in and was struggling with registering and before I could ask for help, the clerk came out and pleasantly directed me through the process. When it was my turn, I was helped by a lady (Yvonne or Vaughn), am not sure what I hear as she was wearing her mask but she was one of the nicest persons you could ever meet.
