Worst service ever and worst customer experience. The customer service lady is rude and have bad attitude with customers.
They really need more professional staff for the front desk. The receptionist — the short, curvy woman with darker skin — is very rude. She talks to people with a bad attitude, like you're bothering her just for asking a simple question. She’s not polite at all and always seems annoyed. Someone with that kind of attitude shouldn’t be working with customers.
They have to must change front desk lady (black). She is very rude. Talking like disrespectfully. Also they didn’t maintain the serials…….its today. 06/19/2025 Disgusting people experience…. Not only me also I see other people’s negligence by that lady ☝️😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
