if you are white, then its OK. no problems. everything gets done withing 10 minutes. But if you are not, wait for more than a hour for anything. Even if you come 30 minutes before any white person.
Arrived at 9am for my 9:15 appointment to find (literally) 15 people waiting. Why make an appointment if they overbook by this many?!
