Arrived at 9am for my 9:15 appointment to find (literally) 15 people waiting. Why make an appointment if they overbook by this many?!
Es demasiado malo con la atención
Demaciada jente dilatas muchisimo y la enfermera q te saca la sangre no usa guantes toca todo y no se desinfecta las manos y ala hora d sacarte sangre lo hace sin guantes y todo rapido y d malas
Terrible service! Waited an 1 1/2 hours even with an appointment. One of the front desk receptionists was rude and not helpful to myself as well as other patients. The phlebotomist could not find the vein after several attempts in the same arm. Will be looking to have blood drawn at Quest Diagnostics in the future.
Only giving 3 stars for Merlinda, the angel who works there and actually listens to patients. Otherwise I would've given 0 stars if I could. I visited on Saturday 3/15 and after an hour and a half wait (with an appt), I told the phlebotomist that my hands had the best veins. No one ever gets me in my arms. She responded "don't ever tell a health professional to stick you in your hands. The blood is compromised." And tried to stick me in my ELBOW?!
