Terrible service! Waited an 1 1/2 hours even with an appointment. One of the front desk receptionists was rude and not helpful to myself as well as other patients. The phlebotomist could not find the vein after several attempts in the same arm. Will be looking to have blood drawn at Quest Diagnostics in the future.
Only giving 3 stars for Merlinda, the angel who works there and actually listens to patients. Otherwise I would've given 0 stars if I could. I visited on Saturday 3/15 and after an hour and a half wait (with an appt), I told the phlebotomist that my hands had the best veins. No one ever gets me in my arms. She responded "don't ever tell a health professional to stick you in your hands. The blood is compromised." And tried to stick me in my ELBOW?! Very very disrespectful. Today the second time . I was here by 8:39am checked in. 9.17am received a text your technician is ready and now 10:08. Still they did not ask me to come in.. there trying to give me a hard time . As if there gaining anything out of it . Very very unprofessional….they took most of them who came after me to show that there giving me a hard time … how embarrassing and cheap you could be …

Showed up 30 mins early on Saturday morning. The scanner was not working. Still waiting an hour past my appointment (yes I’ve been here for over an hour and a half). I’ll keep you updated as to how long this actually takes.
