Good in a pinch if it’s the closest place, the front desk staff are either really nice or really rude. One of the older staff yelled at me to sit down when I came up to ask a question before I could even open my mouth mind you there were no seats open. They lost my prescription. My lab order is missing. My blood is missing. After a week, theres no lab order entered and my blood tests results are nowhere to be found. I was given multiple phone numbers to call, all that has happened is people hung up on me or directed me somewhere else. As I was back talking to the front desk, another patient overheard and said the same thing happened to her and gave me an email to write to. Our recently changed, was there four minutes after their posted close time, They saw me, would not let me in. What kind of policy is it to close early during the week??. I left work early to get this blood draw.
