My mistake for giving this location another chance. I was hoping the convenience of this office would override past experiences of rude staff but I was very wrong. The sullen receptionist sauntered to her desk after I had been waiting for over 30 minutes (this was in the morning, so not a lunch break issue). I couldn’t have asked for a ruder, more dismissive front desk experience than this woman provided. My experience could not have been better. I got there early, already people waiting. The staff was super professional, polite and efficient. I had blood drawn in literally 10 minutes - in and out. Great experience. And it was my first time and I had to enter insurance info - 10 mins!
