My mistake for giving this location another chance. I was hoping the convenience of this office would override past experiences of rude staff but I was very wrong. The sullen receptionist sauntered to her desk after I had been waiting for over 30 minutes (this was in the morning, so not a lunch break issue). My experience could not have been better. I got there early, already people waiting. The staff was super professional, polite and efficient. I had blood drawn in literally 10 minutes - in and out. Great experience. And it was my first time and I had to enter insurance info - 10 mins!
Front desk staff great! With that said, more training needed! No way should a needle be inserted, then twisted repeatedly after insertion as this caused extreme pain. If a vein is missed, there is proper protocol. Leaving the tourniquet on for over ten minutes then taking the tourniquet finally off because “it’ll get me more blood” is not protocol because it is dangerous. First time at this location. I must of went there at a good time since morning is probably more busy with people fasting and wanting to go first thing in morning. I went during my lunch hour to take a chance hoping I can get my blood work done and everything went good. Everything went quick. I was in and out within 30 minutes from start to finish.
