First time at this location. I must of went there at a good time since morning is probably more busy with people fasting and wanting to go first thing in morning. I went during my lunch hour to take a chance hoping I can get my blood work done and everything went good. Everything went quick. I was in and out within 30 minutes from start to finish.
Long lines and fax didn’t work
I had such a pleasant visit at the Labcorp in Bernardsville. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and professional, and greeted me immediately. She answered all of my questions and was very kind and friendly to my toddler. The phlebotomists were also wonderful. They were gentle, warm, engaging, and patient with my little one as well. They spoke to my little one with care and offered praise with smiles and cheers when they finished the bloodwork process. Bela was very kind at the front desk and Melanny was fantastic drawing my blood. Did not feel a thing! Highly recommend.
Very nice people at front desk and taking blood. However- shady billing practices. They took my credit card in advance and said “if your insurance doesn’t cover this your charge is $47. But we just checked and the do.” (And they were in network). Funny thing. I still got charged the $47 and then they billed for more.
