Very nice people at front desk and taking blood. However- shady billing practices. They took my credit card in advance and said “if your insurance doesn’t cover this your charge is $47. But we just checked and the do.” (And they were in network). Funny thing. I still got charged the $47 and then they billed for more.
Just had bloodwork done here and was lucky to have Melanie as my nurse. She was polite, efficient, and made the process completely painless. Amazing service—I highly recommend!
Labcorp Bernardsville and Technician Monica are my go to for blood draws! Office can get busy, but Monica quickly moves everyone through. She is friendly, efficient, and really means it when she tells you to enjoy the rest of your day! Thank you!
This place is awful the women in in the front is very rude and on top of that messed up my order , very unprofessionally people working here they look like they don’t want to be there I will never come back here again .
Messed up both my kids labs. Negligent. Wouldn’t call me back. They have incompetent people working there.
