The receptionist/phelobotomist is nice and extremely patient but this place is lacking in staffing. Notoriously known amongst locals for sluggish service & unreasonably long wait times (3 hours) be prepared to spend at the least 1/4 to 1/2 of your day waiting for a 5 minutes procedure.
Misty is hands-down the best phlebotomist. She is incredibly professional and kind, she has a the one-try technique that is completely painless. Everytime i go to lapcorp i barely feel the needle, and unlike other experiences, I had zero soreness or bruising afterward. She works incredibly hard with a constant smile and deserves every bit of recognition (and a raise!) for the level of care she provides. 5/5 stars.
The place is a joke bad and nonprofessional clerk, waited for 20 min just for them to say you need a appointment with an entirely empty establishment
I highly recommend Labcorp Los Banos. Misty the phlebotomist is outstanding. She is kind, professional and highly experienced as a phlebotomy technician. In all my years of having blood drawn I have never come across someone as good as Misty. Never hurts, honestly I barely feel the needle. She’s that good. She is a Great asset to Labcorp. I hope she stays there for a long time. Labcorp please take care of Misty. My husband and I are frequent patients. Thank you!
