I visited this Medford location yesterday and had a concerning experience. I was brought into the room while the previous patient was still getting up from the chair. I had to wait and watch her leave, which made me uncomfortable, especially since I wasn’t sure if the chair was properly cleaned before I used it. Waiting more than 40 mins to get blood work and I’m sitting here while they take a little girl that doesn’t want it done and they took my insurance card three times I was only person in here came straight for my lunch break and now I’m gonna be late and I’ve been fasting since last night .
