I had a great experience at this lab. I made a mistake and I should have went to the lab by Walgreens. The phlebotomist Shamell, I’m sorry if I misspelled her name. She came out and helped me make an appt at that location. She was so kind and helpful. The appt was for my daughter who is 3 months old. Everything went great. Ms Shamell is incredible, she explained everything and she is extremely professional, compassionate and very patient. She made my daughter’s appointment stress free and as comfortable as possible. I went and got blood work done this morning with Adriana. She was fast, efficient, and made me feel really comfortable, which was great because I don't usually enjoy getting my blood work done
Like I always say for any experience anywhere, it is not the building-it is the person who is giving you the service. I used to go to Enzo ( they were ALWAYS nice) I was excited to find Labcorp close. The first time I went in here (Medford on N. Ocean Ave.) they were extremely nice. Second time, different people they were kinda iffy. 3rd time they were rude. 4th time they were nice. ( I go every 3 months) Next time they were nice.
